The San Luis Obispo Sportsmen's Association teaches Hunter Safety classes. Safety first! Learn to hunt the right way. Enroll in a Hunting Education Course. Know Your Firearm, Your Responsibilities and Your Way Around the Woods. SLOSA Hunter Safety Class Dates for 2009: All classes are held at the San Luis Obispo Sportsman's Association Public Shooting Range on Highway 1 between San Luis Obispo and Morro Bay. All classes are 4 days; Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:30 PM to 9:30 and Saturday morning from 6:30 AM to 11:00. You must attend all four classes. Cost is $10 per person. You do not need to preregister, just show up on the first day of class at 6:30 PM. 2010
